Day 10 5th Jan
Food 0/2 Water: 1/2 Exercise: 2/2 Posting: 2/2 Challenge: Tuesday, I passed my driving test, first time! I've had to re-book it a few times, and there's nothing else I've been putting off so 2/2. 10/0/74 I hate feeling so fat... I've had like 1000 cals each day for the past few days cause of my test, but now I've got my period and I've put on weight cause of that.. I can't wait until my period's over, I'll lose like 5lbs (LOL). It's snowing really heavily today, I got the day off work so went out to the fields with my dog and did some sledging :) xoxo Current Mood: sleepy |

Food: 2/2 Water: 2/2 Exercise: 2/2 Posting: 2/2 Awesomesauce: 2/2 I did 10 today!! I can't believe it!! I ate under 800 cal. and didn't binge n' purge. I didn't feel hungry today. I felt great. I said no to the fudge and candy I usually sneek... Things went so smoothly today. I worked out on my new wii fit that I bought this morning. I love it. You set your stats and it tells you your BMI and then you set where you want to be and in how long. Hopefully I can be 110 in a month and then just remember to keep myself under 110 permanently after I get there. I have lost 1.5 pounds since starting the 28 day plan. 121.5lbs. :) Current Mood: accomplished |

Thankfully, i'll be able to sleep soon, and hopefully, the ground will freeze and i won't have to go to school. I want to sleep to eternity. |

Wow, almost half way through my cycle, and still about 3lbs to lose!! :( :( I'm slightly panicking. Food - 1/2 Was okay throughout the day, but had ice cream after dinner, so -1 for that. OK I'd like to be honest and say i screwed up my Day 2 today. What a depressing way to begin. I have everything at the tip of my fingers and i just fail. amazing. i MUST be getting my period soon. I hope that's my excuse. I just need a meal plan. I have a good exercize plan. It's the dinner routine and not snacking after dinner. i need to find a way to control evening eating. HELP!! f-0/2 healthy but too much w-2/2 gonna try to only drink coffee blk, tea and H20 e-2/2 40 min cardio (elliptical & stairs), weight leg machines, 375 situps, 15 pullups, p-2/2 c-2/2 just relax and doing laundry... and watching the bachelor. omg. 1,0,8 Current Mood: disappointed |

Twelfth day of challenge
Food - 0/2 estimate of too many calories kept down/puked. i fasted for 26 hours, had to force myself to break it.. and then once i had to go to bed, it's like this switch goes off in my head to binge and purge to sleep. i would hardly call it a binge though, but you know? Water - 2/2 Exercise - 2/2 worked out for 5 hours 7 did some shopping! Journaling/Posting - 2/2 yepp Daily Self Esteem Challenge - 2/2 i got some boots (roxy<3 at that! do you know how hard it is to find boots that fit my size 5 and a half feet?!), 10 pairs of panties and a pair of pink and silver pjs<3 and FINALLY got to hit up the tanning salon! food: 2/2 water: 2/2 exercise: 2/2 challenge: 2/2 post: 2/2 total: 10/10 numbers: 7/5/65 good day today. breakfast: bowl of cereal with soy milk, lunch/late snack: homemade trail mix (peanuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, annie's cheddar bunnies), dinner: leftover whole wheat pasta with spinach and vegetarian chicken filets. i did 15 mins on the stationary bike and walked an hour or so with my mama. my parents just got in a big fight and i always get really unsettled when they fight so i'm gonna watch some tv and smoke a bit to calm myself down. checking my weight tomorrow, hopefully i'm 127. hope everyone's day was good, xx |
